Terms of Sale and Warranty Information

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
If, within 30 days of purchase a mechanical part proves defective, seller will, within a reasonable period of time, have a replacement part only.
Seller is not responsible for or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages.

NO warranty or reimbursement on labor under ANY circumstance:
In the event that a mechanical part is defective, and a replacement part is not obtainable, a refund will be made by company check.
Incomplete cores are not acceptable for credit.
Damaged or altered parts are not warranted.
Please keep your invoice because NO claim or warranty will be granted without the invoice.
If you have a problem, contact Morris Dismantlers, prior to removing the part or attempting to repair the part.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:
Purchaser’s loss of time, wages, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing, storage expenses, installation expense, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
Fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, or other materials or parts used in the installation of the purchaser’s part.
Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or improper installation.
Standard Transmission gears.
Parts used for other than original application, or used under conditions that would cause greater than normal wear.

Special Order Policies:
Special orders and body cuts are not returnable or refundable.
Item must be paid for BEFORE the part is ordered.
Deposits/Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE on special orders.
Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller’s control.

Engine Warranty:
Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or bad crankshaft.
Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder heads, injectors, distributor, fuel pump, etc. are not warranted. These are left on the engine for the installer’s convenience only.
All conditions listed under the terms of sale apply.
Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption.
It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
All parts on the engine at the time of sale must be returned with the core engine for core credit.

Transmission Warranty:
Improper detent adjustment, transmission control units not re-calibrated, low fluid level, on automatic transmission- failure to install new filters, broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.
All conditions listed under the terms of sale apply.
It is recommended buyer replace seals prior to installation.
